I went into yahoo groups and typed in handheldPC as the search & it came up with an Indonesian user group - probably not what I was looking for!!!
Could some kind soul educate me & let me know exactly how I access it.
Thanks

if you give your mail I'll send you the acrobat pack working on my NetBook pro.
The method to get minimo 0007 working to HPC 2000 it?s the same descibed in the tutorial, but is very long and complicated. At the and you have to modify so much code that the program runs but it is unusable.
May be that the I could have more luck with the 0006 version.
can you tell me how can I find it?
In another thread you spoke about IE 5.5 working on HPC 2000, vcan you tell me how?
Thanks
if it isn't larger than 3-4 MB zipped (after attaching it! ), you can send it to contactchan (at ) freemail.hu
if it is larger then send it zipped to ctrli82 (at ) gmail.com
thanks!!!
minimo 0.006: i'll find the link for you soon and post it here.
IE 5.5: i'll have to ask about the details, i hope i have them soon |

| well i didn't want spammers to find my address
so:
contactchan (@ ) freemail.hu (you don't write the brackets of course! )
or if it's larger than 3-4 MB (*after* attaching the zip ) then ctrli82 (@ ) gmail.com
i hope it can be understood now more clearly i've sent you an email too, so that you can be sure! |

| hey everyone, update on acrobat reader 2.0 ...
unfortunately it doesn't work on the MP900C. not even rgisondi's version (actually it's the same i had ). but thanks for it, rgisondi, at least i know it now for sure!!
it just says not valid wince app to doclist.dll (to all three versions that i have.. )
if i delete doclist.dll then it says missing dll...
so it means that the netbook pro has a more complete ce.net implementation again
but if someone knows the solution .. i'd be really grateful
(would the new hexedit method work? i'll look at it.. ) Edited by cmonex 2005-08-04 9:45 AM

| Ok, I realized that in the system folder i had a different doclist.dll, and the program worked with it and not with the one thta was in the adobe folder (wich is invalid).
I have sent it to you by mail.

erm, i have never been able to use executabilitycheck. somehow it never did anything when i tried to use it. if you tell me what to do with it, i'll be glad to try it.
sadly the other doclist.dll gives the same error. |

| Strange.
Executability is very simple to use you have only to tap the exe, find the exe or dll that you wint to check and than view what happens: if there are no report every thing shuold be right. On the contrary you will see some message that help you to solve the problem.
Let me know wich kind of message you get checking Acro32 exe and all the related dll.
I try again to attache an image of acrobat in my NBPro Attachments ---------------- CAPT0000.BMP.zip (77KB - 23 downloads) |

| ok, i found out why executabilitycheck never worked for me. (if i delete or rename the file it creates it will work after that.. )
so, it reports this:
/Windows/coredll.dll doesn' t export a function ordinary 1172.
hehe, the number is familiar (or my memory is failing me )
what to do then? if i use the other coredll.dll (placed in acrobat reader's folder ) it will still say the same...
my coredll.dll in ROM (windows directory ) is 520192 bytes. and yours? Edited by cmonex 2005-08-04 6:17 PM

| the function 1172 corresponds to "94040080". So look for that string in Acro32 with an hexe editor (it should be between "16020080" and "03010080" and replace it with "29000080".
If with that string does not work try with something similar to the next string that is "03010080". So, for example, you can try "00010080".
Le me know |

| Ok, for those who do not read the Yahoo HPC group, let me repeat my situation briefly here.
I am trying to make the Flash 6 dll file compatible in my Smartbook, with this method. However first I need to use PEINFO to do it. PEINFO doesn't work because, according to Exec Chk, coredll doesn't do 1171. But after rgisondi's suggestion, I am now running PEINFO and trying to keep my head from exploding...
(Sorry for all the short hands, for more details read the Yahoo group )
cmonex,
As far as I can tell, coredl3.dll was made *specifically* for the Sigmarion III, as an alternative coredll. It doesn't work on anything else I think.
*edit* Answering your question in the group - Flash 7 is not out for PPC yet, only 6 for now Edited by takwu 2005-08-04 10:32 PM
