A better speaker for the J680e

Ive searched around this forum to see if anyone has replaced the dodgy internal speaker and only one person tried but gave up.

I have one of those4 bulky 3 phones that i dont use anymore and i thought i might use the speaker that it has in it to replace the J680e's internal one. I tried to open up the CF card slot but had no luck.

Does anyone know how to open it up to reveal the speaker? (pics would be great)

Well ive certainly thought about doing that more than once on my MobilePro780 (even though the sound is not bad i just could use something better). But im afraid to open it up and mess up. Any help on anyone who knows how to do this would be appreciated!
