Beta Digital Buddha Vacana up for testing ... on PPC

I'm pretty new on the PPC arena and I need some help with Beta testing for Digital Buddha Vacana PPC edition. It is FREEWARE and is available on Windows (PC), HandheldPC, PocketPC (Beta) and PalmOS.

Anyone with PPC2002/2003 devices and are willing to help, please download from http://buddhavacana.net/?d=/download/&f=pocketpc

If you found a device that works, just pm me and let me know so I will add it to the compatible device list.

The zip file contains a single file dbvppc.arm.exe.

Installation:

1. Unzip file and copy to a folder in your PPC. eg \Program Files\dbvppc

2. Download and install Resource file (Text and wave).
buddhavacana.zip
This zip file contains 2 files:
1. buddhavacana.pdb (data file)
2. dbv.wav (chime file)

Unzip these two files into the same directory as the main app (dbvppc.exe).

I've got testing done fairly much on the emulator and a ppc2002 device and had no problems at all. However, as always with beta testing, please backup your data before testing.

Please PM if there is any issues. Where possible, state

1. Device model and make, eg Toshiba e310
2. PPC version, eg ppc2002/2003
3. Error encountered, eg "DBVPPC app does not autostartup."
4. Steps to reproduce.

ok, this is not for HPCs ... but I figure most of you folks have a PiddlePC as well ... so I thought I'll open up for help with Beta testing. Actually, its more like RC testing as its a direct port from the HPC version. Just a few GUI tweak and now its working like a gem!

well i don't have a piddle pc, so sorry i can't help but i can ask my friends.. where's the hpc version and what does the program do?
