The 6502 in my replica is only 1mhz! And I have 4k of ram! (I think) Now if it was an apple II...

-So cmonex's 900 wouldn't do well in space? Heheh, well taking in account that it is already corrupted, I think it would last for 20 seconds during the blastoff.

Awk! with all this 8 bit nostalgia I'm off to google myself an apple II emulator, maybe a z80 emulator also, CP/M ROCKS! Oh, can't forget an Atari 400 emulator. I cut my programming teeth on that baby.

Believe it or not, my spreadsheets of choice are Boeing Calc 3D and Lucid. I have so many complex sheets in these formats I couldn't be bothered to convert them to Excel. Same thing with databases. I have many that started life in Dbase II and there they are.

anyway, back to topic, can I dis-assemble an arm executable and re-compile it as cef format using the hpc2k tools that are freely available? what arm dis-assembler freeware exists?

IIRC, the 400 needed the Basic cartridge if you wanted to program. Geez, it's been so long. I think the Basic pak also allowed assembly programming. I'll check my 800 (in my attic) when I get home. I think it was the same as my 400 for programming. Maybe I'll even find some old 6502 assembly code while I'm looking

and yup, I still have a mess of spreadsheets in Boeing Calc format. So I'm a little behind the curve

If I don't recall wrongly, GW-BASIC allowed some form of inline assembly. Not sure about the flavour you are trying, but it may have support as well.
