I have started poking around the control panel programs to see what I can do. I have found out that I am using:
SONY CPD-220VS on NVIDA GeForce FX 5200 (Microsoft Corporation)
Should that be good enough? How do I "turn on" OpenGL?
You don't!! Sadly, Microsoft didn't package XP with ANY Open GL drivers, so if you use the Microsoft ones, you're stumped.
Go onto NVidia's site and use THEIR drivers, that way, no Open GL problems. Alternitively, if you want to get the max out of your card
(esp if you have an ATI card!
), search for some tweaked drivers.
