| The guy who put it in the box says it is indeed a video cable for a PDA. But I am not sure what PDA. It came with HP parts, maybe it goes to 660LX ? I dunno.

| It looks like a bit of an odd choice to go with a DA-15 connector instead of a DE-15 VGA connector if it is a video output cable. Maybe the output is compatible with old Macintosh monitors? |

| My Jornada 820s use a VGA cable and 'HP Show' to output video to an external monitor.
Edit: It is though just a standard vga cable. Edited by Mjolnir 2021-10-30 6:22 PM

| I thought about it a little longer and it didn't make any sense for a Windows CE device to be compatible with Macintosh monitors, so I went and did some research of my own.
AUI also used a DA-15 connector, so now I'm thinking that this is an adapter cable for a network card. |

| It maybe a network cable for a Newton. I have to find a good picture of serial port on the message pads. I have 5 Emate 300's but they are much different than the Messagepad units.

| Could be this, if it was a MDR 14. This has RCA cable at the other end. The shape of the terminal looks similar in my opinion.
