Don't know if it's common knowledge but you can easily register 100Buddy & 200Buddy for free. The creator made it freeware 23 years ago

If a user is interested in email with the Palmtop, WWW/LX is also now freeware:

(A 110 port is a necessary spec, though; insecure and used less and less by providers)

I don't have any knowledge on the DOS palmtops like @Jake or @frisser , but maybe you could try it or email the developer on the website and see if there's an HP 95 version?
