| Im also interested in this. I did contact through PocketDos website but since Im not in the US, paypal does not allow to send payments as gifts. Looks like theres no other way to get it registered  |

| I spent 5-6 months learning assembly last year and gave a shot at reverse engineering the serial key generation for PocketDOS. I'm able to successfully generate any key for any system, but out of respect and legality I wont hand out keys.
However this is great for future wise, when keys are no longer possible to buy in any way, if the creator decides to stop selling. I still lurk this forum every few months so I'll be here to preserve this program when needed/allowed to. |

Looks like from the website from Oct 2021 it says email "purchase@pocketdos.com", whether or not its still active is another question
As far as the key, PocketDOS generates a serial based on your OEM info (device type, etc ) and username.
Assuming you would buy a duplicate device with the same username, the key should work on that device too.
I'm be able to generate a key for any device no matter the type/username/etc Edited by MOOSE 2022-06-05 6:19 PM

| FWIW, I purchased pocketDOS some months ago and received email with registration number.
However, developer took a while to respond to my emails.
I sent info requested, but he said I didn't give him all the info he requested. So, sent a reply with info. Took some time, but eventually he replied.
It took a few iterations back and forth, but the process got completed, but eventually it did.
Also, developer is extremely thrifty with words in his emails.
So it goes....
