.CSV Contact Import

Hi, so I tried researching this by searching but:
My contacts I can export from Outlook.com into a .csv file. Is there anyway to import the .csv file into HPC2000 Contacts app without using ActiveSync?

I randomly came across one that works on CE1.0+ and added it to the SCL!

It borks up the order so I probably need to fix the csv format but it does work and function correctly

Of course, check back, I'll be adding more from a CE1.0 archive I found. Japan had a lot of cool useful utilities for early CE!
