Yes, 192.168.1.1 is the Default Gateway (address of my router )
192.168.1.50 is my manually set IP address.
I have set the Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
DNS set as you advised me.
By running the command:
ping 192.168.1.1
I get:
"request expired."
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost, = 4 (100%, lost)
I went to the router and the pc sees it as disabled, blocked, I don't know ..
Then it disappeared completely.

| The fact that the router has seen it suggests that it was up. Have you checked the cable? Can you change cable (be sure it isn't a crossover cable)? Do the LAN ports light up when it is plugged in? |

| I went to EVENT LOG and it appears:
LAN client computer-5 (00: 00: 10: 00: 01: fc) connected with IP address 192.168.1.50
This it does when I try, from windows 98, to ping 192.168.1.1 |

I have a DES-1005D Switch, The IBM is connected to port 3 and it is on, it is lit steadily.
LAN cable controlled on WIndows 10, works great.
EDIT:
I moved the cable to part 2, same problem, the light comes on but it is fixed.
I made another video, detailed.
In the Event Log of the Router, it tells me that the PC has connected. Very strange since it does not surf the internet.

| Be careful with unofficial service packs, they have a history of breaking things.
You could try setting the link speed detection to 10/100? |

How you do it? I am not capable of it.
Maybe I should try reinstalling without unofficial updates.
In fact, after these updates, some programs do not recognize Adobe Shockwave Player installed and ask for the program to be installed. |

| I take it that just showed you the hardware tab in device manager and that there were no advanced properties shown in there? |

| No, In the network card, there are only, General, Driver, Energy Saving.
Edit:
I found an advanced option not in device manager, but in: Network, Card Properties. Here I find Driver Type, Binding and Advanced.
In advanced there is: Connection Type set to Currencies: AutoSense (Available options: 100BaseTx Full_Duplex, 100BaseTx half_Duplex, 100Base Full_Duplex, 100Base half_Duplex)
Flow Control set to Currencies: Enable (Options available: Disable, Rx Pause, Tx Pause)
NetworkAddress set to Currencies: Not present (Options available: Empty field; you can enter a value / an address)
Wake UP set to Currencies: Disable (Options Available: Both, Link Up, Magic Packet)

| That's the one; I couldn't remember where it was.
Try playing with the connection type settings and fully re-test |

I have tried all the configurations. Nothing, he doesn't want to know about surfing the internet.
Here are two things, I have the drivers are not right, even if it installed them smoothly and without conflicts, or they are the unofficial updates. |

| Better try and find different drivers first then, it's less work. |
