Nope, I just wanted my explorer clone to make use of the recycle bin so when a file is deleted by the user, it would go to the recycle bin like normal.

You also may use(in PocketC) a combination of MoveFile and some DB functions.
W/CE 2.00 and 2.11 store the recycle informations in a hidden DB.
