PocketC Palm Pilot to Windows CE?

Do PocketC runtime Palm Pilot programs work on Windows CE?
I was looking at this archive here and was thinking of asking the developer if they were interested in releasing their programs for the SCL, but I didn't want to do that until I knew if they'll work on CE
