| If you search there are some similar-ish ones coming up as "pencil cases".
e.g.
They don't have the wrist strap though
These do, although not the metal fastenings like mine.

| Hi!
I have a Nintendo Switch case/bag from BigBen: https://www.tradeinn.com/techinn/de/bigben-nintendo-switch-transport...
The Jornada 720 fits in perfectly!

| Thanks C:Amie, looks really good. I also wonder if a large 3DS case would work...that's what I use for my Psion 3a...
Possible 3DS case:

Very cool!

Make sure you compare dimensions of the 3DS XL and the jornada 720 too |

Will do. 3DS XL is definitely a bit smaller than the jornada; when I get it I will stick it in a 3ds case to see how it fits. :-D |

| You were absolutely right- the Jornada doesn't fit in any of the 3ds cases I have. It's just too long. |

| Can you still return it?
Also, our new member had one for sale on their website - I think it's a Switch style one though |

| I also use a Nintendo Switch bag for my Jornada and my Atari Portfolio.
Fits perfect...there is also space for CF cards or RAM cards as well. |

| I really should look into getting a case for my Phenom.
I'd like to take my Jornada places, but the absurdly flimsy CF card slot is an extreme dealbreaker, I already had to superglue a piece back on... ;_;
The Phenom is quite a bit more chunky and solid overall, much less to break off, but it's still pretty densely packed internally compared to something modern, more stuff to go wrong.
As for using a 3DS case, did you try an original 3DS case or the New 3DS XL size one? The OG 3DS is pretty small.
I might try looking into getting a Switch case if it snugly holds an H/PC size device. |

| It was a "New 3DS XL" case. I actually tried two of them, one that I use for my 3ds and one that I use to store my psion 5mx. The second one was really close but just a tiny bit too short. You could get it in there if you really had to but I'd be worried about damage.
I also tried a switch case (the Nintendo branded super Mario one) and although it's long enough it wasn't really thick enough for the jornada. I'm thinking they probably come in different thicknesses so ymmv! The"leather" Zelda one looks like it would probably work great.
Edit:
This one -

Yes they are of different thickness. Some cases are really big and some very thin.
I use the one I also offer on my website. It's good enough for all my palmtops (only one at a time of course )
And it has some space for cards, batteries... don't know.
The only thing that doesn't fit in the small switch case is the power supply.

| Ending up getting this little CaseLogic VNA210 for my MobilePro:
It's just about perfect! Not too tall, comfortably holds the MobilePro, an extra MP battery, extra stylus, CF cards, USB external battery, USB power cable, wall plug, and a travel router (this one: ). I think it comfortably holds everything I need to head to the coffee shop and use my MobilePro! |
