Success changing the keyboard layout

Quick success story, I've been having to use a physically german keyboard with a CE system that only registers those inputs in an american way. So I searched and found a dll and a reg from Siemens which contain the german keyboard layout for x86 CE. Made a few changes to the registry and it works just fine
