Not exactly sure what it is. But thought it was interesting enough to repost.
(Not my listing)
Recommend further research before purchasing.

Interesting, I have to assume that it is CE1.

"Cross platform tools" could mean several things - multi CPU, that it includes visual studio 5 (which is unlikely as it was several CD's), or, more interesting would be that it includes the CE 1 OEM Adaption Kit. Which would be crazy rare. I've never even seen it!
