| After all these years my wife felt it was time for me to make the transition into the tortuous world of Apple.
Have to say I like the tablet fine. Nice feel, fast, powerful…far surpasses my Android tablet. But the learning curve is another factor entirely.
It just gets harder as I grow older… |

| When the spouse starts buying you Apple products, it's time to work on your marriage.

| Forget working on the marriage, it's grounds for divorce! You may as well have woken up with a severed horses head in bed with you!
Someone gave me an iPad once. I feel your pain. |

| I have zero problems with my wife.
I do everything she tells me to do.
It's a joke |

| Nothing says "I'm dating other people" like the gift of an iPad.

| Perhaps it's like a Mafia kiss of death. Our Rich soon to be bumped off and Mrs. H to inherit one iPad, a H/PC collection and several boats |

| It is clear that in this forum it is better not to mention wives. |

| @FBustamante wives, husbands and spouses are always welcome on hpcfactor... but iPad's... that's a different story. I can't have my mod's being disrespected in such heinous fashion |

| All the experts seem to agree that there are two rules to a successful intergender marriage:
1 ) The wife is always right.
2 ) If she's wrong, see rule 1.
Could be a big reason why I remain unmarried (thus far ) at 62. (My never-ending Windows CE device collection may be another. ) |

May I comment then that my wife gave me a second generation ipad a good bunch of years ago, but it hasn't happened again? |
