Everything is working using the directory method (copy all files to the "Download Data" folder in the root of your device) including the .mca files and the themes.
I actually kept working on the download even though the directory method works too and I made some progress but it's still not going yet. I think it would be cool to get it working because we could use this method to install any cab file onto the sig from a web server.
