WTB: [US] MobilePro Case, VGA Cable, Screen Protectors

I am looking to buy a few accessories for my MobilePro 790:

- Case (Preferably the OEM leather)
- NEC VGA Cable
- Screen Protectors
(Screen is already damaged from previous user. Need to get a protector to prevent further accidents.)

I may also be looking for other items at a later date, but if the price is right I may jump on them if you mention them in a PM/reply. Paypal is my preferred method of payment.
