Keep an eye out on eBay for ROMs and or parts listings that contain the ROM

One good idea is to be alerted for HP320LX ROM chip or a for parts HP320LX on eBay. It is called Follow this Search.

I don't know if this is the cheapest option, nor do I know if this has the ROM chip in the unit, it'd be wise to ask them.

But I found that parts 320LX

I also found a working one here

I have a Windows CE 1.0 rom for a 360LX. Not sure if you still are looking.
