| On my MP 900C, when I do a hard reset - and initialize the internal drive, there are files there. Somehow in the past, I added some of my own files to the internal drive instead of the ones that came on it. When I do a hard reset, there they are-still there.
I have forgotten how I added them and now how to to delete these files. Can someone help me with this? Example - I added my Softmaker 2006 to the internal drive - if I pass along the device to someone else, I don't want the software to go along. Make sense? Hope so.
Nice to see all the activity here - I lurk a lot still. Best!

| Head to file Explorer and internal disk, delete anything you don't need from there. | |

| Could have sworn I was doing just what you said - it did not work like 3 times. Now I just did it and it worked. Thanks.
