I found this video card by chance, which if I understand correctly is capable of playing DVDs and MPEG-2, and MPEG-1. What do you think? My PC only has 200mhz and is not a MMX, this card could let me play mpeg videos and DVDs perfectly
(please note that low resolution mpeg videos already play perfectly.
Would work? I would like to watch videos on my PC, replace my ATI graphics card with this one.
