1- do you have two factor authentication turned on for your gmail account ?
2-can you try the desktop windows version of npopuk and test to see if it works there?
^if it does there then we can further diagnose windows ce

Im not sure. I use Chrome to log into my email. I dont use a separate program. I tried going to the basic google sign in page on the palmtop seeing if the old version would work but it wont load the page at all. Wont even load google. Unless i mess with frogfinder or The Old Net.

Ill try the 2nd login options thingy in a bit and see if that solves it. Just gotta keep poking around i guess :-)

IF anything else comes to mind to try let me know :-)

If you do not have two factor authentication turned on with a custom app password , gmail will not work with npopuk.
So that’s the issue most likely

My gmail account is just a generic web based login google acct. I dont even know how to turn on what your mentioning. I go to mail.google.com and sign in and view my email. I guess id have more options with my email if i used a program.

If you’re not familiar with what it is - I don’t know if I recommend setting up because if you’re not super careful with it and backup those recovery codes or change your phone number you WILL BE locked out of your account
But this is the issue. I could never get npopuk working at work for our work gmail because we don’t have two factor authentication turned on

Okay maybe I wasn’t being clear:
If you have two factor authentication OFF, npopuk will not work

If it’s on, and you create a custom app password it will work

Its off. ^

Then it will not work.

Better to leave it off unless you understand what it means because you can get yourself locked out of your account permanently if you lose your phone number or the backup recovery codes

Watch the video to see if i have anything checked or unchecked that needs to be. Thought itd be easier just posting a video. Let me know if ya spot me doing anything wrong.
