NEC Mobile Gear Japanese Updates

I found a bunch of NEC MobileGear Updates for Japanese Handheld PCs (+ software too)

It's a lot of work to add them into HPC:Factor for H/PC Update so I don't know if I have time right now to add them but wanted to post this so other people can access them too
