No, those are the Pocket PC (and Palm OS) versions. Even though they are designed for CE 3 and up, they won't work on any H/PC, at least not up to H/PC 2000. (I know because I have both of them [having installed them on my Axim and Palm OS handhelds], and I tried installing both in my MP790. H/PC 2000 doesn't recognize them.)
