Bsquare Power Handheld "Maui" Forgot Password

Hello, I've had a power handheld for a while now but after not using it for a couple months I forgot the password I put on it. I have tried a hard reset and that does not seem to do the trick. Anyone have some advice?

you're sure you did hard reset it? sorry if that's a silly question.
is there no longer official support for this device? you could ask them for an unlock utility. like the one for the compaq hpc's..

Well its ok I managed to remember the password after a couple hours of running through all the passwords I usually use. But ya apparently password stays even after hard reset.
