I´ve Got a BIIIIIIIIIG problem!!!!!


After insalling Any software or games i see this error message:

Cannot find "Program Name" (or on of its components). Make
sure the Path and Filename are correct and that all the
required libaries are availlable.

What can i do??

Chances are that you're trying to install a Pocket PC / Windows Mobile / HPC Pro / HPC2000 app onto the device.
From a generic standpoint, you cannot run Pocket PC and Windows Mobile applications on it (though it's technically not true) and for H/PC apps you need to provide the required libraries.

If you can give us a list of the applications that you are trying to install, we may be able to help you get some of them sorted.

Pocket gameboy: its was running one time
AriolSin
Diesel minigolf
Metalion
Doom 4 Pocket PC
Tomb raider

tombraider and Doom 4 Pocket PC are definiely pocketpc programs. i've been meaning to try to hack tombraider but somehow i always forget about it
as for doom, you can download the hpc version, that should work.
remember: the bsquare PHH are compatible with hpc2000 and hpc pro apps that are compiled for the ARM cpu. (strongarm, xscale). of course it is compatible with ce.net apps (but not wm2003!) as well.

Pocket Gambow works fine at the first installation then my storage card was deleted by maui and from this time all apps i installed dont work!

Another question: Can i reinstall windows CE Maybe this help me....

no, doom for pocketpc is for pocketpc's...

reinstalling windows ce = hard reset, actually you just reload the OS from ROM. it's not like reinstalling windows on the PC, and it is very easy. i can't remember how you hard reset it as i don't have a PHH, but look at the threads in this forum, you'll find the relevant information. actually, a lot of other useful information regarding your PHH.

I have one problem - I bought Maui on eBay, but it was without any software and manual. Now the problem is - how to connect to my computer and download some programs. Connecting through USB gives nothing. And if you are kind - can you send me a manual?
