HP JORNADA 720 AND ADOBE ACROBAT

Hello,

I have a Hp Jornada 720 and I want to install the adobe 1.0. The problem is that it doesn’t install, even with the DLL libraries on Windows directory (I have the complete program from taken from emule).

Can you help providing me, step by step, instructions to the complete installation?

Another question: is there any possibility of an upgrade from HPC 2000 to HPC 2002 or 2003 in my Jornada 720? It is not dangerous? And how to do it?

Install the HPC:Factor version (v1 or 2), not the Adobe version. It's in the downloads section.

hi dear, i tried to install V1 and 2 , it is a winzip file and when u extract > there are so many files that open up. can u pls. tell that after downloading on the desktop, how to proceed with these winzip file so as to install adobe on my J720

It's a CAB file, which is a special type of WinZip file. You don't unzip it; instead you save it to your computer and then copy it intact to your 720 via ActiveSync (or you can copy it to a Compact Flash card using a card reader). Then you go into "My Handheld PC" or use Windows Explorer on your 720 to locate the CAB file. You then double-tap on its icon, whereupon it will unpack and install the application automatically.

All right, now that I've said all that, I downloaded the CAB file for both versions 1 and 2 onto my MP790, but in both cases, when I tapped the icon, I got an error message saying that the application is not compatible with my device. Are there any H/PC 2000 devices that can't install this application? If not, why am I having this problem?

Did you download the mips version of 1.0? 2.0 is SA1110 only.

This produkt doesn't work with J720. I try to many tricks with these dll files but no way.

I found fantastic PDF Viever looking as Acrobat. It is not freeware but on astalavista.box.sk... You know

acrobat reader DOES work on the J720! just download it from here on hpcfactor! if you cant get that to work, download it from here: http://izemize.fw.hu/hpc.php this one is going to work for 100% sure.

and it is much much better than crappy primer and free, no warezing needed! don't advertise warezing here please.

you can have also a third option on http://izemize.fw.hu/hpc.php: CE.net viewers package contains a pdf viewer.

My bad. I assumed that the MP790 had an ARM processor, like the J720.
