What tools to use when I want to write apps for my HP620LX(WCE2.00,SH3,16MiB RAM)?
I tried PocketC but am now searching to use my Visual Basic Enterprise Edition to write apps for my HP. What addons do I need and where can I find them???

You need to go to http://www.hpcfactor.com/developer/ and download the Handheld PC 2.0 SDK Download (24.9 MB) .

Unless you want to spend money on the Toolkits that interface with visual C++ 5(search the forums for locations to buy), I would suggest you download evc 3 (for the compilers) and do things from the command line to target the HPC 2.00 SDK. Tip: Check the .BAT files within the C:\Program Files\Microsoft eMbedded Tools\EVC\WCE200\BIN installation diretory.

I got the toolkit. the **** thing doesnt integrate with my VS6 enterprise edition. only the vb toolkit works but does not compile native EXEs as real vb.

PS:i dont even WANT to learn C++ its too complicated-Ill stay at good old PocketC,

I'd strongly recommend learning straightforward C with the WinCE API - I still use it, and it works well. I'm a fan of OO, but I'm also a fan of getting things done, and the API is a lot more effective for me.

And I love coding a GUI not with code but in a visual environment.....Any .EXE compiler for PocketC???
