Now a brand new problem

ok i can live on thouse few problems i have benn having wiht the web browser.
now a new on arouse.
ok i will be chatting on AIM and then i want to open IE again and it opens then frezes then closes and then open some search thing i think it is called bserach?

Why is this happening to me?

That is one of the things a soft reset will fix. You may also have a bad unit.

I will also suggest you ask questions on the same thread and not start new ones. Reason being those of us who try and help will not loose track of your questions, and the new people who try and help will not have to ask all of the questions you already answered.
