Start up sound on Jornada 720

Hi does anyone know how to change the start up sound when a HP Jornada is switched on? I have changed the sound in the sounds tab in the Volume & Sounds Properties in the Control Panel. If I reset the Jornada it starts up with the sound once but no longer plays the sound when I suspend and start the Jornada again. Can anyone help?

To the H/PC, a suspend operation isn't equivalent to a reboot. It's literally a stop start operation, so the event is not triggered unless you hit the reset button.

It should be a fairly simple job to create a daemon to look for a stand-by wake event and play a little ditty though.
