| I had just installed the Orinoco client SW on ym 2nd Jornada, and then popped in the card. Not thinking I named the DLL requested, "WLLUC46.dll" and it so happens that it's case sensitive. I've uninstalled the SW, and it still will not ask for the driver name again.... How do I fix it?? | |

| Make sure the card is in and do a soft reset. If that does not work I would say to dump the driver and reload. | |

| I think I may have a bum Jornada :-P
The driver is now fine (hard reset) and still nothing... Not even card power... But it detects input. Grrrrr.....
What could be the problem?

| I have since replaced and retried both the ROM and WiFi card in a known working Jornada, and they work fine.... I believe the hardware is screwy. After insertyion and "battery state approval' the screen never flickers and the card never powers on like the known working unit. The driver is correct.
What is going on here? Chip failure? Something I can fix?? C'mon!
