I beleive that you are probably chasing a bigger problem here. To my knowledge all 2.11 device had the VBRTL's in ROM anyway.

Downloaded PVB.exe from developers section as indicated but how do I install the dam thing??I copied the files to my HP620lx but when I try using it, It states that there are missing or unregistered files, Please run setup again to restore these files.....

You gotta install the PVB.exe and the other things into \windows directory.
but this helps only for .vb files-NOT for .EVB files!!!!
where to get this runtime???!!!!
(i got the toolkit for vb6-it produces the .VB files.the .EVB files are produced by eVT and as we know they do NOT naturally support W/CE 2.00-and the most VB apps for ce are .EVB files )

My comment: Shame yourself, M$!!!!

I did. I knew that's where the DLL files belonged, so I put everything there. But no luck.
