| Can someone help me with this?
I have one of the reconditioned/refurbished 680e's - which i've dereconditioned (buttons and base...). I wanted to try watching video on it for long jorneys. I installed TCPMP and tried an MPG file - it played but only just, very jittery. I then tried the PocketTV demo, which played but not much better.
Do i need to reencode the files? (i have WinAVI if so)
Do i need to change something on the Jornada?
If it is possible i'll put an artical on my website so its easier to access, if thats okay...
Thanks in advance... | |

| Please see the reviews section, and look for PocketDVD 1.1
It covers video on the HPC, if you download the demo, follow the help on screen ratings you'll be able to produce optimised video. | |

| hey same here ( $80aud thanks again ebay )
has taken me 3 solid weeks but have worked out if u use pocketmvp to play
to convert use tmpgenc
i generally use a resolution of 160 x 120 , 50 - 100 kbps, 4 or 8 fps sec
and audio mono, 44100, 32kb
ends up low quality but by using these settings i have put 4 simpsons episodes on a 32meg compact flash card.
hope it helps!!!
just remember to play doom it must be in a folder on your hpc named HPC Doom ( not a storage card ) and must have 11meg of program memory to run.
later
