| I have used both HP backup and HP backup 2.0 on my J680. I tried to do a backup yesterday and after I put in the file name it locked up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 2.0. I tried the original that's built in but it continues to lock when I try to start the backup. Any idea what's going on? Thanks! | |
