Hi...

My new 680 has a small scratch on the screen. It doesn't interfere with operation, and its not very deep. But you can feel it when using it. Is there any way i can, er, sort of, fill it in? Or would a screen-cover help (and where to get one that would fit a 680). Any help would help...

A screen protector will mask/fill it it in pretty well. If you got one, it might be your stylus. I would check it, and if it is rough, get a screen protector. Because more scratches are to come if it is...

As I read on other posts, and put into action--the best (or at least cheapest) screen covers I have found are photocopy transparencies that I cut to fit my screen. I bought a box full at a yard sale for $1 (US). When I'm bored, I cut a few to fit.

I suppose I need a hobby...

Are photocopy transparacies the same as those over-head-projector ones. I can get them from school if thats the case. I'll try it thanks...

Okay - i made a cover. It works fantastic. Its better than the store bought ones. I measured the screen, added a mm to each dimension the cut it with the school giloteen. It slots in perfectly.

Great idea...

Now all i need is something to fill the button holes on the front...
