Intermec 6651 WiFi sync time

After going through several pda's and HPC's, I'm turning my sights on the Intermec 6651. I'm really particular about the instant-on feature of HPC's. However, I'm frustrated that the integration of drivers of various wifi cards means that after you turn on the device, it could take up to 20 seconds or so to establish a link with your access point (for example with my old Sig3 and the Buffalo CF wifi card).

Would those of you lucky enough to have an Intermec 6651 please post a response with the model wifi card you are using and how long it takes to establish a sync with your access point after turning on the Intermec?
