I got ajornada 680e about a week ago and the entire time a task named CursorWindow has been running. I cannot figure out what this is or how to make it go away. It's starting to get annoying and I can find no inormation on what this is or how to close it. The task manager does not work, it only tries to close it for about 5 seconds and then closes itself. Any idea what is causing this? or how to close it?
just do a hard reset!
remove the main battery and remove the backup battery (you will need a screwdriver for the latter... whew ). then put them back and the 680 will ask if you want to erase the ram or not. obviously you'll want that
