Win CE Internet explorer connection Issue (dialup)

Hi!!! There
I am trying to set up a dialup internet connection on my pocket PC. The modem connects to the ISP but when I try to open the IE browser it will com whit "a connection with the server could not be established”
I will thanks any idea in who to solve the issue!!!
P.D.: I try to reset the system but no go ...Help!!!!! Thanks

I just got it.
On the dial up settings there is a Web service option that you need to set up fist so you can browse the internet. These are the steps.
1. Open HP Dialup 2.0.
2. Tap the Web Service tab.
3. Remove the check from Use proxy server.
4. Tap Edit More.
5. Tap next on the following two screens until the Save button appears.
6. Tap Save.
P.D.: you can set up your home page on step3
