Pete, it's gorgeous. I'd like to add one like that to my collection. I've decided tiny Windows machines are interesting enough to collect. How much was it again?

Well, I see a disadvantage in not adding a CD-ROM drive to the tablet... I would like a tablet or sub-notebook to play my old MS-DOS games...

But, my auction has a pro and con.... Extended battery has dead cells. Nothing I cant fix, however :-D

Hey Wally, I just noticed you have an Amity! That was one of the competition for my Traveller 3745 :-P

There are usb drivers for dos that would accept external cdrom drives and usb flash drives, and there are many ways of getting the data to a computer. (Via ethernet by hosting another computer's cdrom drive, and such). ...ftp... should I continue?

...or the flipstart pc? http://www.flipstartpc.com/

Still no pricing or availability, but that looks interesting to me. Perhaps too small to be useful though. My vote still goes to the libretto u100 now I've seen one in the flesh, or possibly the JVC mini note.

What did I tell you guys about Transmeta? :-P
The Flipstart looks OK, but it's probobly pricey pricey pricey!
The OQO is Transmeta.... The JVC and the u100 is just $$$ :-P

Anybody ever heard of the TiQiT? That's something I could enjoy, if it is reasonably priced and possibly slimmed down a bit (it's like an OLD Gameboy... the OLD OLD one :-P
