Excellent. I haven't had time to compare filesizes, but looks like aygshell.dll and cellcore.dll both have updated timestamps. Anyone able to read Japanese and provide a translation of the changelog?

I've been examining the exports of both (old and new) dlls and have found that aygshell now imports ordinals 113 to 115 and ordinals 155 to 157. These are good news because there were some progs that needed 113 to 115 and they need to be hacked, so i think using this new dlls will allow them to run unmodified

oooh that's nice!!!

btw how did you examine the exports? did you just try aygshell with problematic apps on ce.net, or did you just search for the functions in the dll? or something else?

yeah they're both new. i have around 8-10 aygshells and none of them is like this. and i have four cellcore (ok, three actually, fourth is the same as the first but it is for sig3 only) and that one looks new too.. maybe it does have real stuff in it, at last?!
the other two dlls seem unchanged..
now if only FK (the developer of these dlls) and Dic (dev of the 16.5 k aygshell, etc) would work together........ i have already written to Dic about when he'd recompile the latest aygshell for arm too, because i heard it is available for only mips.. i didn't get an answer (maybe he doesn't check that mailbox?)

These dlls made it possible to run several PPC programs I couldn't run before!

However, the gx.dll driver I use (the one from gx_realplayer.zip 11.5 KB) flips the screen

I have tried the other gx'es from cmonex site and even the newest GAPI, but the best is still the gx_realplayer version.

Does anyone have this in a version that doesn't flip the screen?

Funny, the Fn key and voice recorder key used together flips the screens on a lot of HPCs.

The Fn key, Rick? You mean Alt? Well, it works for me like it should, 4 level voice output selection.

Is that documented anywhere? Sounds like a hidden driver feature we were never told about... What about the 720?

Any ideas as to what applications might work with these two new dlls that haven't in the past due to unimplemented functions?
