New dll for H/PC

Long answer: i haven't tried many apps, but there were some ones that didn't run because they called nonexistant aygshell ordinals (113 114 and 115). you could still run the apps, but you needed to hexedit the function calls to map them to some lower order available functs. with these new dlls there's no further need to remap those ordinals, as the funcions are readily available in the aygshell dll

Short answers: i think no new app can be run, only some apps that needed to be hexedited before don't need that procedure anymore
