OK, I got the 680e from TigerDirect about two months ago, and have been loving it! got the docking station, extra synch cables, a wifi card - all the bells and whistles.
This morning, I put it in the dock, the red charging light came on, but the screen is dead dead dead. Has it died? Is my investment now useless after so short a time? I do have the guarentee from Tiger, but they don't have any more in stock, and I'm afraid all I'd get was a refund, when I really want a repair!
Can someone help me?
