Yes, I noticed when I went on HPC:Factor with PIE 2.0 that you had to refresh a few times to get it to say 'logged in'...

Okay, now logged on on my Clio. Same comments apply.

EDIT (done on PC): (And, BTW, I didn't see no spinnin' globe neither. Oh, and cmonex, I know about being up all night with my H/PCs - but in my case it's been searching the Web for software.)

lol so it works on non nec units after all...

i still don't understand why the spinning icon doesn't come up on your units. it does on my nec 780... (heh newest unit - a gift from a kind friend! )

what software would you like to find? did you find the link to the mips flashplayer btw?

CE Geek,
That is a known bug in the cookie drop with the forum. While it's transiting between pages, hit the stop button and head to the forum root, and it should behave itself.

wow, i never knew. it may work now on my CE 2 units?! cool... (they had issues not just with hpcfactor, but with other sites where login was required)

Hi,

I am posting using WorlTalk in a z50.
Works OK. a bit slow and some websites like banks, company and msn still do not accept this browser, but it is an improvment over PIE.
Any chances of a hack that will present it as IE 6.0?

Many thanks and is a move in the right direction.

Ah, the voice of reason. Thanx for that, C:Amie. But it still seems weird that you can log in with IE in CE 2.0 but not with IE in CE 2.11.

cmonex: I just start looking for whatever software may be out there, and just keep going until I nod off. (Not good just before a work day. ) Lately, I've been testing some MIPS Pocket PC 2000 (and a few 2002) on my MP790. Found some interesting stuff. But I'll eventually need your help correcting some problems with menus in these apps. (Maybe some dummy DLL files will correct some of these? Anyway, not a subject for here. I'll PM you later when I have some time.)

sure you can PM me any time

yes it is weird that 2.0 has this improvement over 2.11. actually i never felt the improvement because of the cookie bug under 2.0 but now this trick should help

Hey, great news for PIE 2 users. I can't get in using ce 2.11 (PIE3?) on my 880.

I just realized I have Worldtalk in the 790 flash. Maybe if I copy it to my 880 I'll get in here?

One handed typing stinks....

Hey, I'm logged in from my 880 using Worldtalk.

There's a few oddities like this input box is off the screen and all the smilies are in one row, but it's working.

Great news, just added more access to my 880
