I looked at the feedback and I had to go to page 11 to get a negative feedback from a registered user. I am not sure if that is a correct one though. Has anyone else bought anything from them???

I have purchased two Jornada 720s from them. The first one was perfect in every way - even included a new stylus that fit. The second one arrived DOA but TechSmartz was happy to replace it and they have been very nice to work with. I give them a very high rating.

Thanks chasmanor! I am glad to hear your purchase went well, and that they took care of you. I am still wondering if I should buy one. I use the MP 790 so much, and I think I could not go back to such a small keyboard and screen. I only pull out the 680 in extreme circumstances. But I hear so many good things about the 720, I just don’t know.
