how to connect 2 the internet without swtiching on my server

Hello..
I want 2 know if this is possible i.e
I have two shared comps, one has two lan cards, the other has one,i have a broadband with static ip which is configured in my main system i.e with two lan cards, i am using proxy to share the internet on both the comps, thats fine and working..the question is ?how can i connect to the internet without switching on the main system , what do i need? i have a 8 port hub which i am not using since i am using a cross cable to share the comps..is there a solution... ???
can anyone help?????

You need a router to act as the server and connect both systems to that router.
