Is there anywhere where i can still get this app? Gigabar.com is dead and download.com just points me to gigabar.com please help because these standard themes are making my eyes water.

Also there was a thing called pocket blinds (windows blinds for winCE) cept stardock says its win ce 3.0+ (the jornada i got from my uncle turned out to be a 680 :/ still not bad for free!) and download.com says win ce 2.x+ Whos right? Is there an older win ce 2.x version maybe?

The evaluation version of GigaBar has expired. There's a newer (and still free) copy available yadda yadda yada same with gigapad

Guys,

We have Gigabar 1.58, 1.59 and 1.91 in the app library, the one I sent you was 1.91. I'm assuming that this new one is going to be 1.58 or 1.59. 1.91 runs if you put the clock back to 2003 to start it.

It's a 2003 build of Gigabar, and has some additional bits to tinker with, as well as OS compatibility with newer CE platforms.

If you want 1.58 or 1.59 just change the 1_91 in the download URL to 1_58 or 1_59 respectively.
