Oops.

I'm looking for ce 2.0 compatible doodling software. PocketArtist and One Cat Doodler are way more than I need or want to pay. Any really simple free/shareware out there?

Windows CE 2.0 Power Toys has Pocket Paint. It's in the downloads section.

i just copied the sharp image editor out of my sharp 4100's rom. works fine if you copy the files into windows on another CE 2.0 MIPS device. under CE 2.11 you can put it anywhere, not just windows. if anyone wants it i can post it somewhere.
(this is a nice, fast image viewer and editor, you can doodle too. can show stuff in colour but doesn't support 256.. )

Count me in. But, gee, won't Sharp complain? I mean they only stopped producing the Mobilon, uh, how many years ago?

instructions for CE 2.0: copy all the stuff into /Windows, make a shortcut, and thats it.
for CE 2.11: you can copy it anywhere else

It works on the z50, I ran it out of \3\ rather than \windows.

It looks a bit odd as it's hard coded for HVGA

yes as i said it can run from anywhere else under ce 2.11. ce 2.0 is just picky about the location

oh is it hard coded? too bad

I'm used to that - I got lots of apps like that on my Clio and MP800. I'm a believer in lemonade theory - it just lets me do multiple apps at once on the same screen in H/PC Pro.
