CE 2.0 connection to Win XP

I'm trying to connect my 360lx to my win xp machine and having no success. I tried following the directions on the CESDC0002 page (I know it's for CE1.0but it was the only lead I had). Is there a tutorial anywhwere for the connection I need?

Undo everything that you have done in CESDC0002, it is specifically for, and only for CE1 and will get in the way of attempting to connect to Windows CE 2.00.

All you have to do is head to the sync software section above and download ActiveSync 3.8... stress 3.8.
