CF cards do not need additional drivers, they're on the H/PC.

I suggest that you may find this useful and this & generally this

I have an Izzi and also a Wireless card - a Cisco 340. While your card MIGHT plug and play in a newer device (it does fine in my j720) I found I needed ALL the current drivers AND and had to flash the newest version of the card image to get it to work on the Izzi Pro. I did this a couple of weeks ago; I'm rolling along just fine now.
What I had to do was -
1. download card drivers (you have to register first, if it's cisco)
2. connect izzi to pc and hot sync
3. ran all driver setup files
I got some help from CMONEX (I couldn't get any WIFI scanner working, in the end...) - it can all be a little frustrating.

Sch01ar,

It's a syndrome only of the Jornada 700 series, rather than HPC2000. hp installed the Aironet drivers into the ROM themselves, rather than it being better driver support under HPC2000.

Another point worth making to the original poster is that you cannot just have any 10/100 / WiFi NIC, you have to have a Windows CE compatible one:
