In a few places on the web, I keep reading that the Sega DreamCast is compatible with WIndows CE... How?

In the same way, some setop boxes, and internet tablets run on windows ce as the underlying OS the the sega dream cast is ce also...with some hacking you can change the shell to run some ce programs....
